I am a photographer who does his own post work just starting to hit his stride on this grand path called photography.
I'm interested in all sorts of things photographic but I really enjoy working with real live people. Portraiture is my keenest interest as I get to tell a story or display a personality in one image or less. I'd like to build a body of work in the boudoir style of shooting. It's sexy, sensual, and erotic plus it allows a sense of mystery to remain just to entice the viewer. This is also wonderful collaborative territory and a good model/photographer relationship can make for some killer images.
Right now, I am thinking that time for prints (or similar) is my preferred method of compensation. It's a good path towards building a body of work for both models and myself and allows for some stress free sessions. I won't turn up my nose at other arrangements, however, and money or marketing is always appreciated.
My shooting style is very laid back and interactive. I like the model to have ideas of her own and to tell me about them. This way we can collaborate to make a better image than either of us alone would have been able to pull off. So don't be shy about ideas or creative views...I welcome and encourage them.
