Born in Newfoundland, Brian took an interest in film and photography at the early age of 12. He spent his teenage years with his face behind a lens and graduated with honours from the Trebas Institute's Film & Television Production program in Toronto.

He prefers to work in portraiture and fashion, but enjoys street and documentary as well.

He currently resides in Waterloo, Ontario.
