I am a single mother of a amazing 9yr old boy. I have been competing in fitness competitions for almost 5years. I started off doing figure and ms. fit body in natural federations. I was doing very well with 2 first places in figure and 2 2nd place in ms. fit body. Always placed in the top 5 in both divisions. About two years ago I decided I wanted to take it a little further and try a federation that has a little more recognition for its competitors so I competed in Bikini for the NPC. Since then I took 2nd in the Mr and Ms Buffalo, 3rd in Rochester, 3rd in Nationals at the North Americans, 1st in the Natural Ohio. I love every aspect of fitness from the training, cardio to the diet, the dedicaiton and preserverence that it takes to be a competitior is so rewarding. I did my first photo shoot in April and I had so much fun with it. I am looking to further myself in the fitness industry and look forward to future shows, photo shoots and anything else that has to do with fitness and the beauty of muscle!
