Hello! My name is Emily Kayte and I am a Brisbane based makeup artist. I completed a certificate in fashion, bridal and glamour makeup at the Napoleon Perdis Academy in Brisbane in October 2011. In January 2012 I started my diploma of specialist makeup services at the Academy of Makeup Brisbane and will complete this in July 2012. Currently, I am qualified in all areas except SPFX and airbrushing.

I am a confident and creative worker who is interested in all aspects of the industry. I am punctual, always arriving early when I possibly can and working my absolute hardest to complete looks in the designated time. I am extremely passionate about my work and will be about yours too if I work with you - as I realise it is a reflection on yourself. I have a personality that is easy to get along with and am extremely open minded.

I currently have little experience in shoots - mainly working on occasions such as formals. However, I am hoping to build a strong portfolio and collaborate with a number of different models, photographers, hair stylists etc. I will work on every single shoot thrown my way at the moment for free. I have my license and therefore can come to you - within reason.
