About Me

I was born and raised in Michigan and have loved doing hair since I was so young that my Barbie’s were my first clients. After I graduated from cosmetology school I packed my stuff into my car and headed to the windy city. I wanted to work with the ‘best of the best’ in the business and was determined to succeed. I was given an amazing opportunity to work at Pascal Pour Elle in the north shore of Chicago. There I learned styling techniques by stylists from all parts of the world. After assisting Pascal and 20 stylists I earned my chair in one of the most prestigious salons in Chicago.

Out of all the salons in Chicago and over 40 of Pascal’s stylists, I was offered the opportunity to do the hair for Fashion Focus Chicago. Our styling team took each designer’s vision for their clothing line and carried it threw into the hairstyles of their models. Hours later after prepping, pinning, attaching, and transforming the model’s hair into new creations, I was completely in love with this side of the business: from the director keeping flow of the show, the design team getting models in and out of outfits, to our team getting the model’s hair out of one style and into the next, all at the same time, and getting them back on the runway in less than two minutes. This was the moment I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist not just for clients, but also for the advertising, and entertainment part of this industry.

To achieve my goals, I knew I needed a bigger playground, so I headed to California. Through networking and getting my work into everyone’s hands I could, I started to make my dream a reality. Instantly I knew I was so far from my comfort zone of my hometown. I was in a whole new arena in this sunshiny state. I grew thick skin really fast, and did not let other stylist get to me or push me around. I believed in myself and stayed true to who I am. I allowed my work to speak for itself, my passion for what I do to keep me focused, and my work ethic to get me hired over others again and again.

I have worked with some amazing photographers, directors, designers, and talent and I look forward to working with you! I have listed below some jobs I have worked on and for more info I can also be reached at (424)241-7251
