About Me

Hello! My name is Aiko and I'm currently a sophomore in Miami Dade College and in spring of 2014, transferring to University of Miami for a major in English! I was born in Manhattan, New York, so fashion, ever since I was a little girl really did inspire me in life. Hence, why my main goal in life is to become a fashion designer with my own Haute' Couture line in the future. :) Armani Exchange inspired me to start designing and sketching but at first, I prefer to try my hand out in promotional modeling. If you could see me now in school, my friends would always call me the Armani girl, since about 90% of my clothes come from the boutique itself. I graduated from International Modeling and Etiquette School in 2006, so I do know all the basics in modeling. My first "official" modeling career started off when I was 4 years old and had to pose for a Miss New York Little Princess Pageant dress from an aspiring designer. Many people would try to follow a seasonal trend from the magazines that line CVS or Target, but for me, I have my own signature style that I tend to strut and show on the Miami streets! :) Currently, I am designing my first line of prom and cocktail dresses.
