Dearest Profile viewer, my name is Olivia. Incase you're doing the typical scan the first couple sentences of the bio situation, I'm a hooper and am ALWAYS looking to further my portfolio in that aspect, along with many others.
I've lasted 18 revolutions around the sun so far and I’m lovin’ life. I'm one of those girls that still looks up to the stars with hazel, hopeful eyes and makes a wish. I love animals more then anything in this world, and when I finally settle down for life, I plan on setting up a HUGE pet adoption center. Random fact about me: I am against shoes! There are so many kids in Africa without shoes, and I believe we can live without them. Unfortunately school requires them so I stick with converse or boots. I’m more into the ‘darker’ styles such as Tripp gear, Lolita wear, and generally anything that is black. I do however believe that color is essential to making a good outfit; there is such a thing as too much black. But then again, there is always a line for TOO much of anything when composing an outfit. I don’t enjoy labeling myself as goth, emo, or anything like that. The simple fact of the matter is that I am me and I try to keep my style original, memorable, and one of my own. It always does well to remember that other people's opinion of you does not have to become your reality. I’m joining Model Mayhem in hopes that I will be able to get a stronger start to my modeling career and that I will be able to find a photographer, if not many, who enjoy a weirder side of life rather then (for example) prom photos for a school. I guess what it comes down to is that you don't have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great. So it looks like Model Mayhem is a great place to get started developing myself and skills into something beautiful. I’ve done photo-shoots with some of the local photographers but nothing ‘official’ per say. The main issue besides finding someone to do a photo-shoot with is that it’s hard, although possible, to find time between school and work. But hey, it’s like Les Brown said, “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.”
