Hello, I'm Jim Fitzroy and my passion for golf has led me to a passion for photography. In my travels in the golf world I have had the opportunity to photograph some of the top golf courses in the world; including Augusta National, Pine Valley, Pebble Beach, Valhalla, and many others.

Now I am trying to build my photography business. I have had some success in selling my images at art galleries and on internet stock sites.

But, where I really want to take my photography is into the realm of lifestyle and glamour images. I love working with natural light; using only a reflector and/or maybe a diffusion panel. Natural settings where I can blend the surroundings with the models seems to ignite my creative side. The blend of the beauty of a human being and nature is goal I get excited about achieving.

I also have a studio setup in my home and love to explore the different ways in which lighting affects the end result of my images. It is not uncommon for me to use a strobe with a snoot, or have strong directional light. Sernedipity in photographs really tends to capature my attention.

You will find I am professional in my manner and approach to photography and am very easy to work with. I believe you learn more from listening than
speaking, and will certainly listen to the suggestions of those I work with. A photo session is a collaboration between photographer and model. No model will ever be asked or pressured into doing anything outside of her comfort level. As model, you set the limits and parameters of all shoots.
