Artist Statement
"I believe that as an artist, it is not my purpose to dictate what the viewer sees on the canvas, but rather to pose a question that causes them to seek an answer within themselves. Each individual brings their own life experiences into the decision, and for each of them the meaning is truly unique. My passion lies in reaching that inner self, and drawing it into, and out of, my art. My goal is to create a moment that touches their soul."

I am a local Oil Painter (in Aurora, CO) and I am working on a series of paintings focused on the beauty of the female. As an artist, I have a keen sense of what looks good, and what appeals to folks. I can give you beautiful photos, and create stunning works of art as well.

I am desperately seeking the missing element to continue my work - YOU, the woman who can capture the viewer with your intense, unique beauty. The woman whose inner passion is so evident, that the viewer is drawn to your eyes, to your soul. If you look at my landscapes, you will see that drawing the viewer into the work is what I am about. I need someone who can do that as well.

I joined MM because I am looking for that perfect muse, one who appreciates and understands the different perspective that an artist has about the ultimate beauty of the female.

Anything that can capture the magic that makes you a woman is what I am after. A single painting has to hold it all, so it is a challenge for both the model and the artist. Are you up for it?

Clyde Steadman (1494154) said it best ~ "The best models are intelligent, and are physically expressive. Painting communicates emotions, so the best models express their emotions with the way they move more than the way they speak. Almost any emotion is worth capturing in paint."

I am looking for models who are fun-loving, with a sense of humor - if we can't have a laugh and make it fun, why bother? I very much appreciate a model who has her own ideas and wants to contribute to both of our success with her creativity. For me, it is all about collaboration.

I always give credit to the model when my works are on display in a gallery or other venue, and provide your contact info if you wish. I also share the profit with a model if a painting of her sells. If she is alluring enough to draw a sale, she deserves it!

FYI note: I have well over 25 years professional experience in digital photo "enhancement"... retouching, manipulation, color-correction, perfection... whatever you call it - I will give you beautiful images. Even if you just have images that you want me to clean up, let me know.
