I have had the opportunity and pleasure of working with a few different models and quite enjoyed it. I look forward to working with more people in future.
Over time, I have been adding to my collection of photography equipment, including outfits, props and accessories. Unfortunately, I do not shoot as much as I would like to sometimes and Covid has definitely caused a lot of scheduling and meeting problems.
As for photography, I shoot because I want to, not because I have to. I enjoy photography, but I have another job and source of income and thus, I think it takes off any pressure to HAVE to produce photos. I can relax, take my time, be creative and do what I want with images. I don't have to produce just what will sell.
I have a diploma in photography, but have never pursued it as a career. I used the learning for personal use only for my hobby and interest in photography. Still, there seems to be lots to know and lots I can still learn.
Originally, I took mostly scenic and landscape photographs as I traveled about as a record of places I had been and things seen.
I started taking photos of people more and more as a favour for friends, and discovered that I quite enjoyed it. I also discovered I enjoy the black and white medium a lot.
I've become interested in doing more people photos, and would like to have persons to model for me to get more experience.
I have quite a few ideas I would like to try and am also very interested in hearing about ideas that a model may have as well.
I am willing to pay some models for their time or do photos for free so to speak in exchange for a model posing for free, so TFP or TF for digital images. . You model and I provide you with some photos you like on some type of storage device preferably or possibly on paper.
I generally prefer natural light to artificial light, even when shooting photos inside. I also like photos by firelight, candle light, moonlight, etc. However, I do have various types of photography lighting equipment.
I would be happy to talk over ideas you may have so we can potentially decide upon photos we could create.
I look forward to talking with models, make-up artists, photographers, etc.
