About Me

Hey, I'm Dave. ;)

Over the past few years I've been working diligently toward increasing my health and overall happiness with my body and self image. Roughly four or five months ago I realized how close I was to the image of a fitness model portrayed by our marketing society. And as such, made that my goal. I'm starting to compete in the Men's Physique categories in body building competitions and I'm loving the intense amount of research, history, and dedication that's required for this sport.
