I am a freelance hairstylist who has been passionate about hairstyling for well over 20 years. I strive to give my models and clients the most impressive look possible which will both captivate their imagination and compliment their individuality.
My salon, aptly named ‘Unbridled’, is based in a beautiful rural setting near Carrickmacross, in County Monaghan, just 60 minutes from Dublin. I mostly work one-on-one with my clients, in order to give each individual, the care and attention they deserve. And in the cosy and friendly environment of my salon, clients can relax and enjoy the tranquillity while I take care of the rest.
However, I'm not just about tranquillity and outstanding client satisfaction, I'm also an enthusiastic and energetic stylist who likes to get involved in creative hairstyling events and exciting new projects. And in keeping with the name of the salon, I'm unrestricted when it comes to creativity and new hairstyling challenges.
I am enthusiastic and passionate about hair-styling, and always open to new ideas and learning new skills. I am loyal, kind, friendly, respectful, honest, and fun.
To satisfy my passion for creativity, I regularly take part in commercial photo-shoots, fashion shows, wedding fairs, and artistic fashion projects. My work has been described as “exceptionally talented” and “visionary”, and has been published in many magazines here in Ireland and overseas.
I’m certainly not the kind of stylist who just sits still. I love to move with the times and strive to keep up to date with new products and continuous training development.
I have received Advanced International Hairdressing diploma, and currently studying for IVQ teacher/trainer/assessor qualification.
Currently I am studying for IVQ teacher trainer and assessing course with City & Guilds at Galligan’s Beauty group college in Dublin. Whilst going through the course, I am also keeping active with beautifying ladies, and getting some experience in the film industry on part time bases. So far I’ve been taking part at the hair department of three films: ‘Into the Badlands’-season 2, ‘Professor and the Madman’, and ‘Rebels’-season 3.
