Ben Lansky is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. While there, he was the student magazine’s Editor of Photography for three years.

Ben was a recent a recipient of the Minnesota Center for Book Arts’ Jerome Book Arts Mentorship culminating with a show featuring his work with GIF images.  Ben applies this file format to much of his commissioned portfolio work to offer a different sort of product for his clients. His work has shown at local galleries and appeared in local publications.  His freelance work includes fashion, weddings, promo shots for musical groups, professional and business projects, and assisting established artists.  Ben works part time at National Camera Exchange where he teaches people daily how to use their new cameras.
