I am knitwear designer/artist/concoctionist. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I am currently based in Brooklyn, NY.

I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2011, after spending two years studying at POLIMODA in Florence, and the Politecnico di Milano, in Milan. I now hold a BFA in International Fashion Design: Knitwear Specialization.

Exploring the realm between Art and Fashion, I create multiuse garments that combine humble materials with exquisite artisanal techniques. I believe in a symbiotic relationship between environment/maker/wearer.

Committed to ethical/sustainable practices, throughout the design/production process, I interned with Twinkle by Wenlan, Auralis' Studio and STUDY NY. I am a true believer in quality over quantity, interested in research, and exploring the realm between art and fashion.

My pieces emphasize the meaningful results we can obtain while using alternative methods to create unconventional clothes that are beautiful and fair to everyone.
I feel that going the extra mile usually brings out surprising ideas and creative solutions to an industry that needs a new set of values.

My work has been exhibited at the MMXIproject (NYC), Mittelmoda (Italy), the Ethical Fashion Show (France), and The Green Fashion Competition during Amsterdam Fashion Week.

I am interested in connecting with makeup artists, photographers and models.
Since I am just starting off, and developing my line on my own; I am mostly able to do work on a Trade Basis, but open to discuss depending on project.
