Seriously, my Avatar photo's are photographs I have taken... NOT ME... I'm a big ugly guy that is best served BEHIND THE LENS. But I believe I understand beauty, know my cameras well, and I hope my photography demonstrates my ability to articulately combine the two.

I'm here, mostly, looking for more model & people to add to my 'beauty' and 'people' portfolio. Unless I'm working on a specific project and have a commercial client with a specific need (in which case I start with those people I've shot in the past, and will contact some I think might fit the bill), I'm NOT looking to pay FOR models, and am generally the one being paid for my work. Photography is my job, career, and income... TF spots are limited.

For the last decade I've specialized in Motion, moments, memories... low light, and action. I love playing with shadows, lighting, and angles. I'm looking to add some more Beauty & Magic to that mix. I shoot both above & below water... so if you are part fish or a mermaid and know where there is some clean, clear water, we could get creative and capture some very different & unique moments. (I don't know anyone with a pool in E. Tennessee, maybe you do). If you have any ideas, lets collaborate. If you can do it, I can capture it.

I'm not opposed to any 'rating' - from passive to 'girl next door' to beauty & glamor, from classic beauty and pin up type shoots, to sensual beauty, artistic, implied nudes, erotic, or even over the top risque. It's all up to you... your goals... and what you are happy with and comfortable with. Unless I have an assignment that might make us both some money, it's all up to you. I'm just the guy behind the camera... doing my best to help capture your special look, beauty, sensuality, sexiness, wonder, and to exceed your expectations.

I prefer 'normal' sizes (women 0 to 18, men with a waist no bigger than 38" (i.e., no beer guts; baby bellies (on women) perfectly fine)), bright color filled eyes, a nice smile, expressions, and someone that is good with their own hair & makeup (or otherwise supplies those services). I have no interest in shooting (or promoting) anorexics or obesity... prefer healthy, flexible, athletic, and friendly. I don't care about tattoos or piercings, BUT reserve the right to post-process edit them for MY portfolio or a client. I'm not much interested in shooting 'Emos' or gauged body parts (including ears). I can deal with post processing (zit, scar, blemish, stretch mark, removal), so no worries... my goal is to make you look your absolute best... for your sake and mine.

Whether you are experienced or a beginner, I understand photography, my equipment, lighting, angles, and action better than most. I'm flexible, and though I know how to take and create some impressive photos, and can help make you look your best, I'm ultimately a photographer... the guy behind the camera... NOT a set designer or 'creative artist' that has all these 'movie style' sets or a bunch of props in mind. I shoot ON LOCATION... and do NOT YET HAVE A STUDIO, though I do have portable lighting & backdrop setups possible if necessary (usually ambient light & flash for the first shoot). If you have ideas, props, suggestions... I'm listening, game, and can deal with capturing something you'll be happy with and proud of. I prefer models to have at least 3 to 5 wardrobe changes for a shoot, per 'style' - especially tops... different colors & styles (I have a portable changing room if necessary). I detest bra straps showing and 'scrunchie' tops that are too tight!

I've done some advertising & marketing shoots... so, if you are trying for a specific type of shoot, or wanting to target a specific magazine, product, or company, let me know, and I might be able to help.

I will NOT SHOOT minors without an accompanying parent (or guardian, not just a sibling or friend), and require a parental release signed. I DO ASK FOR PHOTO ID! And I will NOT shoot implied nudes or overtly suggestive poses of minors. Sorry - but I'm a dad, and take issue with any photographer that crosses that line.

I am perfectly fine with escorts, especially the first shoot or two... and expect that they will either stay out of the way or be able to actively take direction and help (hold reflectors, lights, fans, or such). I don't need or want drama, and want the best photography I can; I assume you do also.

I'm willing to do TFD, if you have a unique idea in mind, or want to help me with one of my ideas (sexy shoots are more likely to get my attention than G to PG-13 shoots for TFDs). I shoot mostly evenings and on the weekend; I LOVE sunsets, dusk, cloudy days, and shadows. I especially enjoy venues that are colorful, tourist type attractions, as well as private.
