Hi and thanks for taking the time to visit my portfolio page.

My name is Michael, I am a very keen amateur photographer and have worked with several models on other modelling websites in the past. I have had studio shoots and worked on location.

I have shot a few weddings and some sports events in the past but I'm looking to expand my portfolio with fine art and alternative styles of work. I have a million ideas for shoots and am always on the look out for models that fit the look I'm trying to achieve.

I have been shooting for about 4 years now but have only recently joined this site on recommendation from a friend who is a member here.

I would like to venture further in to location portraiture if I can find the right look in a model. Stately homes are a current interest to shoot at as well as museums and libraries. Old disused train stations and abandoned buildings have a certain appeal to them too, again, with the right model.


I am happy to work in a studio but I would really like to use a high quality location to provide more depth to my work. I have a strobist lighting set which is very easy to transport even to the remotest of locations. I often work with an assistant on location as this makes the lighting set up far easier, so more shooting and less standing about in the cold!
