My name is Sarah Jean, I'm a 27 year old military wife and mother of three young girls. I was originally wanting to be a crime scene technician but after a crime scene photography class and surprise Nikon dslr from my husband, I definitely knew I had a new calling. After my schooling failed to result in my desired job without further schooling, I decided to open my own photography business. It has been about 18 months in the making and I'm finally ready to begin taking clients! hooray!

I found this site through Pinterest actually, and thought it would be a good way to build my portfolio and find clients! So far I've been very interested in pregnancy, infant, and engagements portraits but also feel pulled toward more artistic portrait photography and landscape/nature/macro photography. I'd also love to learn more on the graphic art side of digital photography because I love how they can be entwined. I have a few backgrounds and my garage studio is almost done! I love shooting outdoors though, mother nature often provides the best backdrops :)
