So I'm glad my job as electrical engineer took me here for 6 weeks. During my spare time I'm looking forward to getting  creative contact to local models for the purpose of photoshoots. For more Information see about the end of this text.

Da ich wohl nicht mehr nach Alabama kommen werde, ist es an der Zeit dieses Profil mal in deutscher Sprache zu ergänzen.

Ich betreibe die Fotografie als leidenschaftliches Freizeit-Hobby mit etwas "professionellem Anspruch".

Hobby deshalb, weil ich keinerlei gewerbliche Zwecke verfolge. Und mit "professionellem Anspruch" meine ich, dass ich versuche entsprechende Ergebnisse zu erzielen, nur eben nicht komerziell. Vor den echten Profis der Branche habe ich natürlich großen Respekt. Als Amateur wird man nie das Know-How und die Erfahrung eines langjährigen beruflichen Alltags erlangen können, das ist mir klar.

Spaß zu haben während eines Photoshoots ist für mich genauso wichtig, wie gute Resultate zu bekommen. Deshalb ist es bei mir meistens ein Mix aus Planung und Spontanität, mit Einbeziehung des Models.

Ich shoote sowohl im Studio als auch "on Location".

Mein Studio hat einen abgetrennten Schmink-/Umkleidebereich, Küche, Computerarbeitsplatz, Lager- sowie Aufnahmeraum mit Blitzanlage und Deckenschienensystem.

Transportables Beleuchtungs-Equipment für Location-Shootings ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Meine Definition von TFP (Time For Pictures):
- Fotograf bekommt kein Honorar
- Model bekommt kein Honorar / keine Gage
- Model bekommt alle Fotos in Originalauflösung
- Model hat (nicht-komerzielle) Nutzungsrechte an den Fotos
- Fotograf hat (nicht-komerzielle) Nutzungsrechte an den Fotos

As a German expat, I'm living in Mobile, AL temporary. I am an electrical engineer, working for ThyssenKrupp at Calvert facility.

Photography is my passion and I'd like to enjoy it as far as my limited spare time allow. I am a hobby photographer with a bit professional pretense and have no intention of going commercial. Having fun during a photoshoot is as important to me as getting good results.

My new environment down here in AL inspires me... There are lots of photographic ideas coming into my mind... and of course, I'm open to my model's creative suggestions.

Besides working with natural light, I have some portable lighting equipment available.

My understanding of TFP, Time For Prints:
- Photographer shoots for free.
- Model poses for free.
- Photographer may use pictures for non-commercial purposes only.
- Model gets CD with all pictures to use for non-commercial purposes only.

I look forward to getting creative contacts with MM models.
