Marc Fitt 21 years old Fitness Model (More about me bellow)

I was born in Montreal in Canada and always been an athletic person. When I was 2 years old, I already had skates on to play hockey. Playing hockey was my passion until I turned 19 years old. I had reached a very high level of competition in this sport but, I stopped to focus on muscular training. Since that day, I never regretted my choice.

Why muscular training instead of any other sport?

First of all, muscular training is the best way to concentrate on ourselves. Nobody can make us do the moves or push our limits better than WE can actually do. That’s the main reason why self-confidence is boosted faster than in any other team sport. When we reach our goals, we know we are the one who made efforts to reach what I call ‘‘success’’.
On our way to reach our goals, we dramatically increase our mental strength because we have to be perseverant and believe in our capacity to change our physique.
The confidence I developed during my last year of training has no equivalent. Nobody and nothing can discourage me or bring me negative ideas going to keep me away from reaching my dream. Now that I have a strong self-confidence, everything is possible, I believe in my dream of becoming the best Fitness Model in the world.

Where does your motivation come from?

My motivation mainly comes from people supporting me in my family circle or on Internet. These people help me reach my goals so I can stay focused on what I really want. I also have essential personal tricks to help me having intense training. I always listen to motivation videos one hour before hitting the gym and I have a great music playlist to listen during my workout.


What workout routine has worked best for you?

I like to work a group of muscle every day. This way my routine looks like: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs. In addition to that, superset and dropset exercises are always included in my workouts. With that type of workout I feel the pump and even more results.
