Photography for me combines two of my life’s passions: people and art.
I am the kind of person who always has had artistic hobbies; in the
past painting and jewelry-making have been my favorites. And my
friends and family can attest to the fact that I love being with
people, enjoying them and making them happy.

I discovered my love of photography with the birth of my daughter
Anabelle. Like any new parent, I loved taking pictures of her new
expressions and experiences. But I found myself increasingly
interested in the beauty of the photos, and when I bought my first
“real” camera, the spark ignited. I discovered that I could capture
the essence of people on film and the medium of photography enabled me
to connect with others both artistically and emotionally.

This is why I love photographing what is most important in people’s
lives: pregnancies, engagements, births, weddings, family. I am able
to be a part of people’s special moments and produce for them a work
of art in honor of these moments.

As a photographer, I strive to be true to people and events: to
capture the essence of relationships, to bring people’s personalities
and sense of humor into the pictures. You will see in my gallery I
love to capture details: an adorable baby foot, a doting dad-to-be
feeling his baby kick, a couple sharing a laugh together. I also try
to find a unique point of view, using angles, perspective, poses,
focus and light creatively – this is what elevates the photograph from
a picture to art[HJH1] .

Photography is my passion. I am lucky to be able to do what I love,
and to share this passion with all the amazing people I have worked
with thus far. I hope that I can share this passion with you soon!
