Lydia ‘Sweets’ Miller is a creative director, choreographer, dancer, and teacher. Due to her parents’ love for R&B, Hip-Hop and Soul music, she began dancing at age 3 and choreographing by 17. She studied ballet and modern dance at Columbia College Chicago. Lydia trained and performed nationally with HA2 Championship Dance Team, Inc. from Chicago, IL and became founder of its 13th chapter in Little Rock, AR. Her choreography has been presented at the 4th Annual Carnival Choreographers Ball in Chicago, IL, White Plains Performing Arts Center in New York, and Genesee Theatre in Waukegan, IL. Also, on the campuses of University of Wisconsin, Chicago State University and Columbia College Chicago. She choreographed and appeared in Do or Die Ft. Johnny P “Do Ya Thang” music video. She was given the opportunity to perform as special guest with Milwaukee Bucks Energee Dance Team and Full Effect Theatrical Dance Company. Lydia attended the Convention by Dylan, ATLA Shoskillz Workshop and Brian Friedman's Masterclass at Dance 411. She has worked for 21st Century STARS, CMJ Productions, Rhythm Academy of Dance, and Wrapsody Dance Academy. She is currently the founder and artistic director of the All Star League, dancer for Energy Productions, instructor for Chicago Loves Dance and Adiva Fitness.
