My name is Javier, have over 30 years of experience, in all facets of photography. Started in Peru at 16 doing surfing photography, shortly there after started doing travel photography and photojournalism. Studied Art for a year in Cambridge, England and four years in Northern California, at California College of the Arts; majoring in photography.

My rates are based on assignment, travel time, equipment. etc. Head shots for MM members start at $250 including make up but not hair. I do have special portfolio packages for starting models that includes various looks, comp/zed card and 3 page website. It also include MUA and hair.

I'm very selective when it comes to TF and requiere a model release. I do love to collaborate with creative people, designers, stylists, etc; as long as it is a collaborative effort and allows for input.

If I contact you and we are collaborating on a shoot with more people involved, such as MUAs, Designers/Stylists, Hair, ETC, please be considerate of everyone's time and efforts. When collaborating, consideration to others is a must in my book and having fun is very much part of the deal. Being professional does not mean having an attitude, there is no reason for it, there is always someone prettier and more fun. So if I contact you and you are a "Diva", please do not respond :-).
