About me: I have several years of experience doing black-and-white portrait photography in conjunction with a darkroom class. I'm certainly no professional at this, but my previous models -- mostly dancers from my ballet company -- have been satisfied with the results. Many of them had little or no modeling experience at the time, so I'm comfortable working with newbies. The typical arrangement has been time in exchange for prints, but compensation is negotiable.

The details: Hair, makeup, and wardrobe are up to you; for some ideas you can see my List below. I borrow/rent studio space, or shoot outdoors if the light is good. If you prefer to bring an escort along for comfort, that's fine with me. You'll get custom B&W prints in about 6-8 weeks. I usually snap a few color digitals along the way, and can send you those files more or less immediately.

Styles/themes: As you can see from my portfolio, I tend to go for a soft, classical, ethereal look. In other words, if you are hoping to show off your new tattoos/piercings/implants, then I'm probably NOT your guy ;) That said, my photos tend to take on the character of the model, and I'm willing to try anything once. So let's set up a shoot and we'll see what kind of muse you are!

P.S. I affixed a big logo on the uploaded images to protect my models from having their images cut-and-pasted all over the internet. The prints you receive will have no such markings :)
