About Me
In 2011 waren er twee redenen dat ik fotografie een professionele kans wilde geven. Het stoppen met mijn eigen zaak en de relatief grote hoeveelheid aan complimenten die ik kreeg over mijn escapisme van destijds. Welke dat laatste is laat zich al raden, juist fotografie.

Ondertussen zijn we, tijdens dit schrijven, bijna 10 jaar verder en fotografie is mijn professie.

De afgelopen jaren had ik op Modelmayhem eigenlijk niet zoveel te zoeken. Ik heb mijn sporen vooral verdiend op events, festivals, en andere zaken. In ieder geval anders dan werken met modellen.
Uiteraard heb ik zo mijn modellen experimentjes gedaan (zie portfolio op MM) , en eerlijk gezegd, dat is eigenlijk ook hoe ik tot nu toe er naar gekeken heb. Experimentjes.
Toch wil ik het experiment opnieuw oppakken. Meer werk van maken, de portfolio verbreden. Iets meer dan het experiment dus.

Mijn voorkeur gaat naast de experimenten die er zo her en der zeker plaats zullen vinden naar een vorm van lifestyle of contemporary boudoir. Real life romantiek zeg maar.
Waarbij interieur, locatie en natuurlijke uitstraling de grootst gemene deler zal zijn.

In 2011 there were two reasons that I wanted to give photography a professional chance. Quitting my own business and the relatively large amount of compliments I received for my escapism at the time. You can guess which is the latter, especially photography.

In the meantime, as of this writing, we are almost 10 years further and photography is my profession.

In recent years, I didn't really have much to look for on Modelmayhem. I mainly earned my spurs at events, festivals, and other things. In any case, totally different from working with models.
Of course I did my model experiments (see portfolio on MM), and to be honest, that's actually how I've looked at it so far. Experiments.
Still, I want to pick up the experiment again. Make more work, broaden the portfolio. Slightly more than the experiment.

In addition to the experiments that will certainly take place here and there, my preference goes to a form of lifestyle or contemporary boudoir. Let's say real life romance.
Where interior, location and natural appearance will be the greatest common denominator.
