About Me

I am a professional certified trainer, and a 6x IFBB professional figure competitor champion. I have been committed to health and fitness for many years, earning my undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition from Florida State University, as well as a masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Austin Peay State University. I was a competitive track and field and cross country athlete for many years.

I began fitness modeling just 3 years ago, appearing in several national fitness magazines and websites. I recently landed the cover of a major national fitness magazine ( Nov/Dec 2011 issue) and have a 7 page feature in the same issue.
