Donovan Harris was born in Columbia, South Carolina. Started out as a football player and caught the acting bug his first year in college. His first play was at the Trustus Theater as George in "Golden Boy". Got into runway modeling through the Shaw Modeling Agency in Columbia, South Carolina.
