Interest in visual imagery began in the 80's with the explosion of MTV and videos
(my brother and cousins were in awe of how we could "see" music...)

Mom was my first influence with photography... everybody's mom is.. They take pictures of everything when you're growing up.

Gordon Parks' poignant pics and Spike Lee's disticnt style of cinematography were also very deep influences.

Graduated from Alabama State University May 2000-- BA in Communications.

Moved to Atlanta Aug 2000

Started work in "corporate america" Aug 2001

Graduated from University of Phoenix June 2009--- MBA

Got fired December 2009

Now pursuing Photography full time.
