About Me

I am a business owner and mother of two great boys. I have always enjoyed athletics and being physically active. I competed in soccer for over 15 years and still play with the boys any chance I get. Physical fitness and competition drives me and my experience has shaped me into the person I am now.
I am a person who is extremely passionate about maintaining an athletic and healthy physique. I work hard to maintain my physique, clear skin, and a consistent look.
