After studying human medicine at university I became a physician Doctor of medicine and expert in medical informatics and worked for years also in first frontline at hospitals.

Fascinated from the miracle of the human being, I began to draw and paint the human body during my academic years to capture its secrets and beauty.
Working as autodidact I gained the freedom to find my own way and individual style to realize art only influenced by two items:

The aura and character of the object of the artist’s interest on the one hand and the artist’s emotions and impressions caused by the object on the other.

Although there are abstract paintings in my art work my main passion is the art work with the touch of photorealism reflecting the contemporary spirit of time.
Therefore I prefer pastel on paper and oil and acrylic on canvas always using material and equipement of best quality.
I`m convinced that art work in realistic and even photorealistic manner especially in oil on canvas is the first choice to maintain and serve contemporary art to the following generations in such a remarkable way like the art work of the classic masters in our days.

Working and promoting my work together with my brother Bertram we did several show, exhibitions, performances, sessions, art parties and more in the last decades and expanded our activities also on music and video production combining all elements of maximim creativity.
Joined several locations from Europe up to the States like NYC, L.A., Miami and we are actually doing right now a further step to Asian hemisphere.
