My name is Kelsey Haggard. I am a certified professional makeup artist. I am passionate about makeup and the industry. I would like to expand my portfolio and work with other amazing artists!

I am very serious about my job, and I will always be on time. I do not cancel unless I am very sick or my son is very sick. I love working with new people to create not only images, but stories.
