First and foremost, I am a filmmaker and I bring the aesthetic qualities of film into my print work. Through digital photography I wish to capture the atmosphere of the situation in order to bring the viewer into the work and evoke a deeper understanding of the subject.

When shooting portraits/models: I enjoy traveling outside of the studio for "candid" work. Inside the photography studio (only for compensated work) or in my apartment studio (non-compensated work) I focus on lighting and composition. I tend to shoot highly contrasted shots with a single or double light set up. If the work is non-compensated I am open to shooting a model for print compensation, whether digital or physical prints.

As for subject matter, no print is too taboo for me. I am open to all ideas. It does not mean I will shoot everything people suggest, but I am willing to listen and won't judge someone.

Andy Warhol spoke about being open to experimentation and I truly believe in his philosophies on experimentation in different art mediums.

None of my compensated work appears on model mayhem due to contracts, however some of my compensated work does appear on my site.
