Hi all and welcome to my bio.
I have been an active semi-pro photographer since the late 70's - albeit with sport and landscape featuring as high as figure and portraiture. However, it was only in the last 5 years or so that I re-discovered the joys of people photography - as I reluctantly moved into the digital age and gradually (!!!) came to appreciate the vast new world that the big D offers.
I am now so enthused with all this, that I am in the final stages of fitting out my modest home studio - which will allow me to develop my 'art' with a lot more convenience.
I do enjoy, and strive to achieve, striking and graphic images - and it is this element that I wish to expand on in the future. I am hoping that by association with MM, I shall be able to work with aspiring models and make up artists in collaboration, to come up with some truly memorable images.
Most of my recent experience has been close cropped portrait work, although I really would be interested in doing more wild make up / body painting stuff if anyone in my area has similar ideas.
On a final note, and just to be clear, I am a perfectly normal professional male in my mid 50's who lives a happy life with a wonderful wife and family.
