About Me

My passions are dance and fitness. I have danced since I was 5 and have experience in ballet, tap, jazz, and ballroom. My career is fitness. I have a masters in exercise physiology and have been a personal trainer and aerobics instructor for over 20 years. Ten years ago, I started competing in bodybuilding, fitness and figure. I started taking photos to see how my physique changed and what needed improvement. This started the interest in fitness modeling. I am hoping this site can build on my experience and help me determine if this is something I should seriously pursue.
