About me:

I'm a semi-pro photographer (for about 7 years now) looking to turn professional.

I have worked as an assistant photographer for a number of different events and studio shoots which has given me great experience and helped dramatically.

I only have about 20 hours of my own studio experience so far so am looking to boost this and at the same time build my portfolio up to ultimately help to promote my services.

I have worked as a graphic designer for ~10 years and have a lot of experience with design for web & print including retouching etc. This is great as I have seen a lot of great photography over the years but now I need to gain experience and the skills to be able to do it all myself.

What I want to do:

My number one interest is in becoming a professional photographer and I am setting myself a goal of achieving this within 3 years.

My focus is on fitness, glamour and boudoir. The reason for this is simply as that's what interests me and so inspires me to create great art.

As of now I am focussing on studio work as I want to be in more control of the environment and surroundings although I am also interested in doing some on location shoots but again this needs to be something where I can control the pace, the surroundings and the light etc. So it pretty much rules out any live events.

For who i want to work with, this is easy... I am interested in working with anyone that is enthusiastic and adventurous. I've realised in life that the most important quality to have is effort and so I guarantee I will put 100% effort into any collaboration and I expect the same from others.

Whilst I'm obviously looking to learn and improve my skills I am also hoping to help others along the way. I always make it my aim to give some benefit to every friendship or working relationship.

Finally it would not be complete without saying that I am looking to make money doing this. Whilst I understand that for now I will be paying models for their time I hope to one day be successful enough that others will want to pay me for my work.
