I am Portland, OR based casting director, primarily for commercials, industrials and movies.  I do a few still castings a year, but most of what I do is people moving (not always talking, however.)

I haven't been particularly active on MM since I started, but I'm trying to make regular visits to it a part of my monthly routine.  So I may take a very long time to return messages or requests.  Email is more likely to result in a quick response.
