Naitcole Michele is no foreigner to knowing what it takes to become the best and be the best in her craft. Naitcole Michele believes in mastering her craft. She is a graduate of Dudely's Cosmetology University in Kernersville, N.C., trained with Vidal Sasson and Mercer in Atlanta, GA. Naitcole Michele's additional credentials include a degree from Atlanta Technical College and her instructional training from Empire Beauty Academy. While training to become a Tricologist, Naitcole Michele continues to improve her skills through international training with elite advanced educational institutes.

Naitcole Michele's philosophy on life - "Embrace Change" initially provided her the courage and motivation to launch her own salon and educational facility. She leads her business with the same vision that inspires her signature creations for each client. To Naitcole Michele, there is nothing more satisfying than pleasing her clients and helping others.
