About Me

On more than one occasion I've been told "you must fitness model or do fitness competitions, and if you don't, you should". Well I don't fitness model (have only done some photos for fun), nor do i do fitness competitions but have always thought maybe one day I would!!! My love for fitness is at an all time high ... I'm very involved in running and training for races as well as pushing myself to the next level in my new love for crossfit training. It's a huge motivation for me to get such great compliments, and to showcase my hardwork and help motivate others is what I'd love to do. I was introduced to this website by a photographer friend and fellow workout friend to put myself out there. We'll see where it takes me. :)
