About Me

I am looking for paid professional work around the Atlanta area. My age combined with my athletic, but not bulky physique will certainly pigeon hole me into parameters that are not often used, but not easy to find talent within.

Because I am rarely logged on on this site, I sometimes miss messages posted here. Please find me on FB by using my fitness company name (holisthenics) just copy and paste into your search engine, all results pertain to me...

I take instruction very well on set, and I have a remarkable ability to change the look of my abdomen through a range of five major flex patterns depending on the needs of the photographer.

My five flex patterns are as follows:

High and tight is a flexing of the upper abs and obliques, giving a very defined abdominal shape when facing directly toward the camera, however, this pose makes the lower abdomen look "poochie" from side angles.

Lower abs athletic is an extreme flexing of the lower abdomen showing excellent contour in the "V" of the lower abs. It also makes the rib cage appear larger and more athletic.

Wide full flex is a flexing of the abdomen to create a broader look through the abdomen and does not create great full frontal photos, but serves its purpose on occasion when greater definition is needed, but the angle and lighting are not allowing for that definition to show.

Tight Medial is a flexing of the abdomen that creates an effect very similar to flexing the biceps. It creates a very rounded bulge in each of the abdominal muscles and works very well for open shirt shots. It does, however limit the amount of definition in the obliques.

Full Flex is obviously flexing all muscles equally and creating a nice global perspective of the abdomen.

If you have never worked with someone with this much abdominal control, though I may be biased, I assure you it can be a little less of a headache when going for the perfect look!
