Petra Vaessen was born in Solms, Germany in 1991. Four years later she moved over to Le Mans, France. In France she stayed for five years and moved over to the Netherlands. There she went to High School and got her VWO diplome (2009). She studied at the Acadamy of Photography (Fotoacademie) in Amsterdam for two years. She lived for two years in Amsterdam. A month ago she moved to New York to work on her portfolio. In the last 2 years, she had five exhibitions.
