Jim Agnew is a photographer with aspirations for great things. Starting young, local landscapes were what originally caught his eye and his pre-university years were spent wondering the parks and country side around where he lived dog lead in one hand camera in the other.
It was while studying photography at London Collage of Communication where Jim first found himself in a studio and what he once thought of as a boring space became a blank canvas and musicians and models took the place of fields and Fur trees.
Jim's most recent project has been to document the comings and goings of performers playing at the Tunbridge Wells Forum and his image of Ellie Goulding Photographed backstage won the photographer the Barry Lategan Prize for portraiture in 2010.

Jim is available for commissions and while perusing the Forum project is also working on a project in Malta and is planning a trip to the USA.
