Hello, my name is Julia Tan and I'm a new to ModelMayhem. I've modelled before when I was about six to ten years old and had to quit due to the agency wanting to pull me out of school. However, it has always been my dream to become a successful model again. I've heard many thing about this site and have been recommended to try it out to get my modelling started. I'd like to be able to slowly build up my portfolio and soon be doing more professional modelling jobs. I understand that the modelling industry is harsh and one has to be independent to survive. I'm willing to give it all I've got to make my dream of being a Top Model come true. I'd also love to meet the different photographers [ hopefully not the fakes ] and other models in my country or overseas if travel is needed. I love modelling and it is a wonderful way to express ideas and creations. I also love taking pictures myself. I have helped my friend with her portfolio for modelling and also did her hair and make-up. Fashion and photography are my passion and I'd love to get involved with it in any way possible.
