My background is in cell biology and for many years I took photos of cells and tissues through a microscope.  A few years ago I decided to try taking photos of whole people instead of just their cells.  It has been working out well and I enjoy it.

In addition to exercising my visual sense, I also enjoy working with my hands.  I build sets and backdrops for my photos, and I make and sell costumes, mostly using chainmail that I weave.  I like to dress up my models in chainmail and thus my photos often have a medieval fantasy theme. I also work with silicone rubber.

I have several ongoing projects for which I will pay models if they have the right look.  I am also somewhat open to doing TFCD work - feel free to contact me about this.

I am a pretty easygoing person, a little quiet and introspective, but professional and easy to get along with.  I don't mind working with new or amateur models, though I enjoy working with models who don't need much direction.
