At a young age Lissette showed a natural artistic ability. She honed her skills by attending schools specifically for children with advanced artistic capability. Later on she obtained her certification in Fashion Makeup Artistry from the prestigious New York Makeup Designory. With an eye for color and her exquisite drawing techniques, the marriage of the two made it inevitable for her to fall in love with makeup artistry. Lissette has been a passionate makeup artist ever since.

During her shoots and personal appointments with clients, Lissette has gained the reputation of being kind, upbeat and most of all professional. Lissette is constantly pulling inspiration from everything around her from famous paintings to runway to street art. She credits Pat McGrath, Val Garland and DeShawn Hatcher as some of the influences in her career.

She continues to pursue her dream as a New York City based makeup artist.
