I paint with light. I do not do any photo re-touching, or use Photoshop. All of my work is directly from the camera as shot, with the only exception being any text or logos added to advertisements. I use existing light or studio light as my tool, and what you see in my work is precisely what I intended to capture when looking through my lens.

I do not care for tattoos or piercings unless they are subtle and tasteful, and very limited. Most of my advertising clientele follows a pretty traditional look, and the opportunities to place a model with a lot of tattoos or piercings, or otherwise sell their material becomes very limited. I find the youthful body to be the finest art in the Universe, and adding anything to it is a distraction. That is not a criticism of anyone who enjoys their tattoos and piercings, it is just how I perceive the beauty of the body.

In addition to advertising and portfolio work, a specialty is celebrating the beauty of youth, tastefully and artistically. I work with both male and female, and will shoot same sex or opposite sex couples with the consent of both models, again only artistically and tastefully.

I travel the United States extensively. I travel with a 40' Fifth Wheel luxury travel trailer that has all of the comforts of home. I travel the northern states during the summer months and the southern states in the winter months. I am available in pretty much any metropolitan area once or twice each year for studio work, and have relationships with studios around the nation.

I am a photographer for passion, but also as a for-profit business. I do pay models, provided I have a high level of confidence that my work with them will be marketable. I have developed a good following of clients who purchase my work for themselves as well as gifts for their friends. When paying a model, I consider both hourly and a percentage of sales arrangements. I rarely do any trade for prints work. My portfolio is substantially complete and my work with commercial manufacturers and retailers is well established. Again, if I find that you are extraordinary, I will consider donating a limited amount of time in a trade arrangement.
