My name is Renee Best, and I own a photography/videography company called Beautiful Struggle Productions, specializing in fine art, fashion/editorial, and portrait photography. I've been pursuing photography as a professional career since April 2011, and can't complain so far. I have an eye that is unique and can only get better with time and experience, and I'm enjoying every moment of this journey.

Right now I'm looking to expand my portfolio for both fine art and fashion. I shoot both digital and film, with a Canon Rebel T3i and medium format Mamiya RB67 Pro S.

I am willing to do TFP shoots but only with a select number of models. For rates please shoot an email to [ [email protected] ]. My fees are reasonable and budget-conscious, but I also know the worth of my work, and if you prefer a lower price over quality photographs you have come to the wrong photographer. I strongly believe in paying for quality, as the photo industry has been drastically underscored by free or near-free work, and because of this not only photographers but models as well are suffering.

I am available for test shoots, nudes/intimates, portraits, headshot, fashion/editorials, and lookbooks. Always looking to meet new people, so models, stylists, designers, and photographers feel free to contact me.


I am a very professional person, and treat models, clients, and other people I work with with the upmost respect and courtesy, and expect the same in return. Confidentiality, honesty, and integrity are essential in today's world.
