I got my first DSLR three years ago - once I opened the box it took about twenty minutes before I got bitten by the photo bug. Now I drag my camera bag everywhere I go inconveniencing fellow airplane passengers and driving airport security crazy. I try to take pictures of everything from nature to old Vermont barns but people are somewhat special and my favorite. I started with my poor family who barely saw my face without a lens in front of it and slowly evolved by taking studio light classes here and there and working with professional models. Model Mayhem seems to be a nice dedicated place to get in touch with fellow photographers and models and gain more experience and skills.
