I'm a makeup artist and licensed esthetician currently relocating to the San Diego area. My main goal is to update my portfolio of work and contribute something creative and positive to a project. I started doing makeup when I was in college, probably on and off for the past 9 years. Training wise, I am a combination of self teaching, professional classes/workshops and cosmetic retail experience. I was educated in special fx makeup with Healy FX Co. in Toronto, and have done workshop with Anthony Kosar in Chicago. I was an art studio major, have a good eye for detail and am interested in unique or challenging work where I can grow as an artist. I'm very focused, but easy to work with, I like collaborating with other positive artists.

***I would love to apprentice, intern, or shadow more experienced special fx artists in the industry, I do have skills and can be a very helpful extra set of hands.***

I've done paid work for a production company in Chicago, as well as paid special event makeup on referral. I am very interested in intermediate special fx, editorial, print, special event and video/film work.
