Hey what's up I'm looking for beautiful ladies that would love to model and be featured in our 2012/13 Edition Calendar. If you or any one you know is interested please contact me. We are looking to have 16 lovely ladies from the local surrounding areas. We also will have a HairStylist and MakeupArtist on the set. All serious inquires only. We will be selecting 14-16 lovely ladies.

:Name Age Location (Short Bio) (School/work/etc)
:Please State Which Month Your Would Prefer To Be Also Thanks.
:You must be 18 or older before Photoshoot date.
:Submit 3 pictures to (1 Headshot/ 2 Body front and side)

:Make sure you are available at your appointed time slots.
(Which will be given at a later date when you are selected)
:Must be willing to sign a release form.
