About Me

I was born and raised on the island of Trinidad (and Tobago) and emigrated here in the year 2000, making this year of 2011 exactly half of my life that I've been an American! I modeled some in my teenage years for hair-shows and some fashion students' runway shows, but due to factors such as braces and lack of transport I gradually lost interest and focused more on my education and hobbies such as piano and yoga. Now that I've graduated with a dual degree (Neuroscience and French), I've been photographing and being photographed and realized that my passion for both have lain dormant for many years. Modeling, with the right photographer, is cathartic; all the same I will not shoot nude/ erotic photos, not because I'm ashamed of my body but because there are too many sub-par photos of girls in bikinis or covering their breasts that fall short of what I as a viewer would expect and appreciate of this genre.
