My name is John Green I worked in the building trades for over 30 years and I am now retired from that. I first learned photography when I was in the Army where I did some surveillance photography as well as some pseudo architectural then in the 1990's I studied photography at Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona and Northern Arizona University School of Communication.
I am kinda old school, I often like to shoot with my 4x5" view camera. I seldom shoot digital I like film! I will guess I am probably one of the most aged photographers here. I specialize in "Ghost" Images (transparent) and Infrared. I like Automobile Photography, Landscape, Architectural and Studio work. I am here looking for talent more than anything else. I have to say, I am usually critical, I speak my mind and give credit where credit is due. I chuckle when I see people give credit for a shot to the model, Usually, I will say something like, "the look in your eyes is great, The photographer did a great job catching it".
